Sales team amazing!..however service dept worst ive even seen/heard about. Doesnt properly uphold my cars warranty - fixing broken parts instead of replacing them, diagnosing your cars problems before its even LOOKED at! doesnt even test drive your car to see problem for themselves, wrongly diagnosing problems, service consultants and MANAGER extremely rude and belittling, it was even thrown in my face that I only "take the car in for warranty issues and never service maintanence, who's doing my maintanence work?" (since when do you have to take the car to purchasing dealer for oil changes, etc) was implyed I should have walked to work in the cold Nov rain in my office clothes when I complained about waiting 1.5 hrs for a shuttle to take me a few kms down the road to work. Currently dealing with Hyundai Canada for this dealership.
p.s dont believe me? - sit in the waiting room for a short while and observe for yourself, I frequently see others arguing on phone/in person with the service dept.
