I had my car detailed about two years ago by another local business and although they got the main computer wet and my car windows were moving up and down and the locks were going up and down by themselves the detailed work was nothing but great. My car looked brand new. My car computer was replaced with no cost to me. So after a few years and many spills in my car I thought going to a dealership would guarantee good service. But I was mistaken. I quickly went and picked up my car as I had to work not looking at the full service until I left and parked. I can understand maybe some spills wouldn't lift but some areas were not even touched, and I was able to wipe off brown steaks. I called and nicely explained to the gentleman who answered the phone that I wasn't happy. This service cost me $214.00 the "gold package" as they call it. I was told upon the purchase that my car would like it was coming out of the show room. The man passed me through to the detailing department I was nicely explaining I wasn't happy as there was still hair in my car and how spots didn't looked touched; all I got was "well we spent 4 hours on you car", really if you spent four hours on my car then I was paying you $53.50 an hour and I expected a way better job then what I got. I will never ever recommend this service to anyone. I've purchased my last two vehicles from Andersons but will not be going for my third.
