Customer service was extraordinary!!! Great team work!!! Tian was very helpful and he took time to give us sweet surprises which means a lot to us!!!! Kevin Cheung also gave some valuable financial advice!! I had never had this type of customer service before!!! I am very happy to be a customer at Midtown Volkswagen!!!

Staff was so friendly and Kevin Lau who I dealt with was such a wonderful and knowledgeble person to deal with. I would defiantly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this location to speak with him.
I also had another staff member named Katrina who was also very friendly offer to make me a cup of cappuccino while waiting, which was wonderful. It was also one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, no joke.
Overall great experience, great vehicle (jetta)
And 100% satisfied. ☺

I received exceptional service while getting an oil change. Sebastian was very courteous an knowledgable about a small issue i was having with my Golf. Also, Kevin Lau was extremely helpful in providing excellent customer service while i was waiting.
