A totally positive experience. Brought my new Escape in for tire change and six month oil change and warranty check. Debbie the service rep was friendly and efficient. She noticed a
small scrape on the car, brought it to Arthurs' attention and he was able to immediately buff
it out like new - service was completed for free (on extended warranty) and I picked the car up
cleaner than I left it as it got an exterior wash after servicing.
I am a Legion member so I conveniently hung out there while waiting for my car - based on my
first service contact I would recommend Discovery to any fellow Legion member.
Also, we serve tasty and inexpensive lunches at the Legion - your employees would be most
welcome to join us.

Just got an oil change, but my car was taken right away and everything was completed in 30 minutes. Nice to have coffee available while waiting. Car wash is also a nice touch. Staff I dealt with very friendly.

This dealership is very well organised and the staff are very friendly. Arthur took the time to try to get the remnants of tree berries off of my car that trips through the car wash wouldn't remove. I was very impressed with him.

I purchased a use vehicle from Discovery Ford a couple of months ago. I recently had a problem with heating/cooling system on the car. I did not purchase an extended warranty from them at the time of the purchase, however they paid for the repair without any discussion with them.
I am very pleased with them and would most certainly deal with them in the future.

I brought my 2016 Edge for it's first oil change and dealt with Bailey. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall everyone I encountered from Bailey, to the shuttle driver was friendly. Service was quick which is always appreciated!

I had a recall on my 2009 edge to replace the gas tank. Took it in and everyone seemed professional and friendly. Job was done quickly enough...but ran into issues. Seems water got caught up in the holding tank for gas during the replacement. After I thought my engine was going to blow up. Cilynders one and three were misfiring and it barely ran. I was fairly upset as all of a sudden I was out of a vehicle without notice and was unsure if the dealer would take responsibility and act fast. To their credit they did...although I was fairly firm with them that I needed it fixed and I needed it fixed now....but to my delight they took it seriously and got to it that day. It was fixed and ready to go by 5 pm.

Bailey was the customer service rep that dealt with me on this and I have to say even though I was upset and a little mad...she was calm and understanding and really looked after me...just what customer service people should do. Great customer service Bailey. Thanks

. I gave a 5 star because I know stuff happens..it's the response that matters to me...and I just admit I was impressed with how they handled fixing their mistake.

Attended your service department and was assisted in my enquiry regarding a blue tooth matter. The Manager assisting me noticed the power was down and tested my battery. It was extremely low and barely holding a charge. It was the original battery and he assisted with options and costs and I had a new battery installed quickly and efficiently. I got my car washed and was met with smiles and great help from everyone. It is the type of service you hope to get. It is gratifying when it comes to be. Went in for regularly scheduled maintenance on my Ford Escape. As usual everyone was happy and glad to see me but I have been coming there for 27 years now because I've always been treated well and fairly there. All the service was done quickly and expertly and I was soon on my way.

My recent Service Visit was excellent. When I contacted the Dealership I spoke with Valerie. She was very pleasant to speak with. Very understanding and incredibly helpful!!
The minute I arrived into Service a very nice Gentleman was there to help me. I then dealt with Debbie who was also very pleasant, friendly & helpful. She kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle. The problem was solved in a timely manner. My car was delivered back to me washed and sparkling clean. I drove home a very Happy Customer!!

My Ford Taurus had an issue with the engine light coming on. I made a service appointment with Frank ( service advisor ) and he quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. He arranged for a drive to work and pick up when my car was ready. He called me when the issue was diagnosed to explain what the problem was and the cost to repair. I feel very confident with Discovery Ford and will go back for service again.
