few days ago went in to Donnelly Ford Lincoln had an incredible experience, sales person was attentive and very informed not only on the Ford side but also on the competition. We will be buying a car from there this week.

I phoned the day before to make an appointment to have my car repaired. I brought my car in at 6:50 AM waited for a service consultant. After 2:00 my car was still not in to get serviced. I phoned 5 times, left messages, at 3:50, I find out they did basically nothing and charged me $90 for it. My car is still not repaired. How long do they need? On top of that the sevice consultant is trying to funny and sell you something when you are pissed off.
