I would like to commend the service department at Ernie Dean's, especially Peter, for the professionalism used. Peter himself is extremely helpful, courteous and goes out of his way to find a solution. He is always personable and always has a smile for everyone.
I personally, am going through a very trying time, with a very sick loved one, and Peter has gone out of his way to help with service needs that I have with my vehicle. He has even gone that extra mile and put a "personal" touch on his customer service, showing concern for me as a person as well as a customer. A great big thank you from the heart.
