I am pleased beyond all words at the professional and quick manner I had in dealing with buying my first and defiantly not my last ford . I had the pleasure of meeting Victor and I will send all my family and friends to him . It's because of people like him that change the view of old school car salesman. I dread going in to even think about looking at cars because i have always felt that being a woman I would be taking advantage of. He went above and beyond and took care of all the things I would have thought I would have todo myself . I am thankful my mother in law recommended him because he is a very good sales man. I will send all business his way if I hear of anyone looking for a new car . Between his prompt work and Carols expertise my situation was dealt with in a fast and professional manner . I am grateful to have met Victor I turely believe this is a start of a great relationship for future endeavours .
Thank you for changing my outlook on walking into a deslership and feeling like I may be taken advantage of .

I waited for more than a month to write this, just because a used car will only give you problems after a month or so from purchase. I bouth my 2006 Ford Explorer from Erinwood Ford - done 118K kms - now 124K Absolutely no issue besides changing the power steering oil ($90 at Canadian Tire) Drives beautifully, great gadgets and absolutely no problem - so far!
Stewart guided me through out the purchase, He even gave a free add on along with my car. Pleasant guy and no sales BS in his conversations - tells it as it is type of guy
I highly recommended Erinwood Ford and will be there in a couple of years for my next purchase - hopefully I'll get Stewart again!

My husband and I traded in our harley for a 2005 Mustang.We were treated so well we are just thrilled with the dealership.We got the mustang home,found a problem with it and our salesmen Nick and Habib are looking after that right now.We would recommend this dealership to anyone,they are wonderful.
