I recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS at Glenleven Chrysler. Being part of the AutoPlanet Group of dealerships Glenleven offers an excellent selection of previously owned vehicles at prices that cannot be beat! It was definitely worth the drive in from Niagara Falls. I made an online inquiry about several Sonatas they had in stock and was answered promptly by Rosalee Ficco an energetic, super friendly and relatively new member of the Glenleven sales team. Having spent almost 20 years in the Retail Automotive industry myself I quickly developed a great rapport with Rosalee and I appreciated her refreshingly honest and sincere approach throughout my buying experience. I must also commend Tariq (Terry) Khan for a difficult job well done in securing the financing for this deal. I did have a minor issue with a rear brake pulsation on my Sonata, however Rosalee, and the Service Team handled the problem quickly, professionally and at no charge. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosalee Ficco & Glenleven Chrysler to my family, friends or anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
