First and last time bringing my car here for service. The only reason I decided to try them is because they perform warranty work on the weekend. Certainly hope the work is more professional than the so called service staff. The rude and condescending attitude from the long dark haired girl in the service area was far from “Ideal”.

When I arrived at ideal Honda, I immediately greeted by Adam the sales manager on the floor. He then directed me to Eric who helped me find exactly what I wanted. Eric was very helpful, professional and well spoken about all the features the Honda Civic Coupe had to offer. Eric is a great person to deal with at Ideal Honda and is always willing to work with his clients.

I have never had a better experience anywhere else. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and on the ball. Leased a 2016 HRV at Ideal last September, and most recently a 2013 Accord. Edwin S. Is who we dealt with both times he was great. We will continue to recommend people to Ideal Honda.

I just purchased a brand new car 2016 CRV Touring from Ideal Honda yesterday by Edwin Sepidoza. My experience with this dealership was amazing! Edwin Sepidoza needs to be recognized as a very knowledgable and wonderful sales rep. The dealership Manager Solarman also took great care of us! I would highly recommond.

I had leased 2 vehicles from Ideal honda in Mississauga , in the last 10 years and decided to exchange my crv for  a smaller car-the Honda Fit. I live in Vaughan and this time  i decided to contact a dealership closer my home (in Vaughan) I met with a salesperson in Vaughan and we discussed the particulars and  the payments seemed really quite high for a smaller car and my gut feeling was to contact Azam , the leasing manager at ideal honda to see what my options were in Mississauga.
I informed Azam that this time i had  wanted to shop around prior to lease renewal . Azam was sure that in the end he would be able offer me a better deal and it was true. Had i gone with the other dealership , i would have paid 1800 dollars more overall .

 Azam Riffat the lease renewal manager at Ideal honda is knowlegeable, caring  and  honest  . He really tried to help me find a vehicle and leasing option that was affordable and that suited my needs .

I also wish to point out that Jillian McFarland , the leasing consultant at  Ideal Honda was very efficient  .All my documentation was prepared prior to my appointment to pick up the car . EVERYTHING was ready  . All the particulars were completed. This saved alot of time for me .

I really commend Azam and Jillian for their professionalism and being so helpful . It was worth the distance to travel to find what i was looking for at Ideal Honda in Mississauga  again .I no longer wish to go anywhere else .

My wife and I went to Ideal Honda with a very bad and sad experience from Yorkdale Honda, where we fill they were very unprofessional and incompetent, for the busyness.
Then we went to Ideal Honda Dixie and 401 and we found there a salesperson who name is Edwin Sepiodoza. Very professional and competent as well, he really takes care about the client and all the matters about the people who goes to purchase the car with him.
Our opinion about Edwin, is more than good.
He is a very excellent seller.
We are planning to buy another new car soon, and for sure we are going back to Ideal Honda, to meet him again.

We recently had two of our Honda vehicles at Ideal Honda for scheduled maintanance service. Some new problems were identified with each vehicle, in one case very serious problems. Important decisions had to be made about what to do with those vehicles. We appreciate Tommy Pham's knowledge, sincerity and honesty in helping to clairify our options. We also appreciate the frank discussions with the service mechanic (forgot his name). We are happy with the high quality service we have received at Ideal Honda over the many years we have been Honda customers. Willard Young
