I had a very good experience dealing with Kia Kitchener when I purchase my 2012 Kia Soul 2u last year. I knew what I was looking for; I knew what questions I wanted to ask; and yes, I did my research regarding the vehicle I wanted to buy.
The Assistant Sales Manager Emilio D'Aloisio took care of everything. He was professional, helpful, polite and addressed any concerns that I had. I do have to mention though, I did take the car to my mechanic before the paper work was completed other than two minor repairs, he gave the car a clean bill health. I have to say, If it wasn't for my mechanic, I would have been $17,790.00 out of pocket, this would of been due to another dealership. I would definitely return to Kia Kitchener for my next purchase of a Kia Soul. : ) I love my Kia Soul.
I did not found the woman at the front desk very friendly. You would think they would be since they are the people you go to for information. : (
