I recently picked up my Honda Civic and I am very happy. Ashley took the time with me to be sure I was choosing the right car for me. This was my first car purchase so I brought my Mom, we were both very impressed with Ashley and the Civic. The day I went to get my car Ashley took a lot of time to point out all my new features. He paired my I-Phone and showed me how to work siri.

I recommend my best friend to go see Ashley also and was surprised again at the great experience. Ashley is extremely genuine and very helpful. I was warned to beware of car sales people by many people, but with Ashley there is no warning needed.

As a visitor to Kitchener, I am grateful for and impressed by the considerate, polite and immediate service I received from Kitchener Honda when I required a tire repair to put me back on the road for a 6 hour trip back to my hometown. Great hospitality and care! Thank you.

Called to get a key cut for my spouses car and they said they can't do it, even if I have her car, ownership, keys, and ID. I understand security but when someone can provide all that and they still won't do anything to help. Let's just hope the car doesn't get broken into again tonight, because we can't lock it with the current keys.

I have purchased 5 cars over the last 12 years at Kitchener Honda . My daughter my wife my son and myself all drive and service at Kitchener Honda. The service department has always be great . Doing there best to accommodate my needs. Friendly service, friendly sales staff. Recently purchased my 5th Honda off of Richard Elliott and was very happy with his service, he was able to deliver the car right to my door step.

I recently picked up my 2016 10th gen Honda Civic and could not be more pleased. Rick was very helpful and went over all of my options so I could understand what was best for me. This is not my first rodeo and usually I hate dealing with salesman but Rick was a true professional. The manager came out and thanked me for my business after concluding the deal which I thought was classy. I recommend Rick to anyone who is like me and does not want to be in a dealership for hours and hours. Rick made it nice and easy and was extremely genuine with his process. I have some kids about to go to college and I will be shopping with Rick in the future. Well done young man, it's no wonder you have so many trophys at your desk. I have been going to Kitchener Honda for over a dozen years and I have consistently been treated beyond my expectations. It's awesome to walk into a place and be known by name, treated as a loyal customer and given the best service I could ask for. I drive a Civic and I am treated with the respect I would hope for if I drove their highest end sports car. Glen, Blair and Bob in service are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am more than satisfied with my experience. I purchased a used 2012 Civic EX from them in December 2014. I loved the low, no-haggle price and the car was delivered when promised. Heather Hills was a gem to deal with and she looked after all the details. All in all, a fantastic experience. I have already recommended this dealer to several of my friends and family.
