Twice now I had to bring my vehicle in for warranty work and both times my vehicle was returned with more problems. If the job was done right the first time I wouldn't have to come back and waste my time. The kicker is I bring my vehicle back to fix the problem that was as a result of their poor service and I have to wait longer. There's a reason why they have a bright yellow notice in their waiting stating abusewontbe tolerated. I'm sure many people who come here are less then impressed!

The service at this dealer, similar to that of most Chrysler dealers that I have dealt with caused me to buy a GM. The Service Manager there does not know what he is doing. My car was always filthy (grease/mud whatever) inside when it was returned and it usually took at least two visits to fix any one of the many many problems that I had with my vehicle. Never again!!! They, like Chrysler, deserve to go out of business. To survive in the car industry, you need to have a good product, good service, and good customer relations. Chrysler struck out!! Laurentian is part of the problem.
