I went to Lexus of London upon recommendations of others and also because I know a few of the employes through my job. I was looking to buy a Honda Accord and a few of the other persons who I knew that worked at dealerships were not being very helpful in my search for my car and as soon as I went to Lexus Mat was very helpful immediately unlike the other companies I had dealt with.They talked me through selling my other car and gave me many options when it came to new cars but I knew my car when I saw it, its the car I have wanted for so many years!!! Everyone was so helpful through the process from financing, to getting an auto starter installed to making sure i understood all of the paperwork and conditions. I could not be any happier and would be back to see Mat Granger anytime I need sales assistance for a new car and would recommend him to anyone, although i plan on keeping my Honda for awhile!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I love my new Honda Accord!!! Thanks Mat and John!!!!

I pre-ordered the new 2014 Lexus IS 350 from Lexus of London well in advanced and I had a lot of help personalizing my car with Aj Blitzstein, the sales representative. The service was service was quick and informative. Lexus of London didn't judge that I was young and they took business very seriously which is important within a business. I am very happy with my purchase.

I came in to purchase my first Lexus, an 2014 IS 250 AWD, and had the good fortune to be greeted by Mat Granger. Mat was professional from the start and was not pushy in the least. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle by FAR! We met Matt Granger about a year ago, looking for our first Lexus. He has been most patient, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We recently returned - to Matt- and finally purchased a CT200H...which we love. Matt is certainly more than a salesperson...he is interested in the satisfction of "you the client" first and foremost. I can't say enough about Lexus of London and more specifically, Carrie Fisher. She returned my initial email inquiry right away and actually listened to what I was looking for. She gently steered me toward a gorgeous 2009 ES350 ... it had absolutely everything I was looking for and without any pressure whatsoever, we made the deal. Now I'm the very proud owner of the most beautiful car I have ever owned. Carrie was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle ... she had all the paper work ready to be signed and she walked me through everything. She even sat in the car with me and showed me how to use the new navigation system. Carrie has earned a customer for life !! A million Thank You's Lexus of London.

Just about every other "Premium" dealership I visited when shopping for a new car acted as though they didnt need my business. Soon as I entered Lexus of London, I was impressed with the staff. Looked at a few cars, then Mat Granger offered assistance. Truly impressed not only with his knowledge, but he really listened to what I wanted, needed and went over and above to deliver. Visited the store 3 times before I finally made a decision, and each time, unannounced I was lucky enough to have Mat greet me, by name! And guess what...they wont forget you after you buy either! Heck, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, Ive come to learn they can get you anything! Go in, talk to Mat and walk away knowing you are in great hands!
