Well after our deal fell through with our current dealership, we decided to call London Honda and glad we did. Larissa arranged our test drive and particulars with our trade in. The hour drive to the Honda dealership was nothing but a positive experience. Upon arriving, we met Murat where he quickly had us behind the wheel of our test drive and ensured we liked the vehicle before proceeding without any pressure tactics. The next priority was getting us top $ on the trade in. We left and made the return trip in a few short days for the p/u of our new vehicle. The dealing was was a painless and smooth experience, unlike our local dealership.

Recently visited and the quality of the new vehicles were below other Honda dealerships. The staff were rude, very unorganized, and had very poor communication skills, even amongst one another.
I would never EVER even consider dealing with their or look to purchase one of their vehicles again.
