On my way to the cottage last Friday we had a flat tire I called Terri at Markham Mazda and Terri got me in just before they were closing the tire was installed in 20 minutes my car was washed and I was on my way to the cottage by 6.15 pm just wanted to say thank you great job guys see you soon.

They are the worse people to deal with.
1. At sales time, the sales person know very little about the vehicle, I know more about it than him. Whenever we said "Oh we want this too", his response will always be "Honda has them".
2. Their service department is a joke, the front desk guy won't even inspect the car, and the first thing they will say is "Not our fault, so we are not going to look at it"
