Josh our Sales guy was a pleasure to deal with, none of the stereotypical sales tactics; he was professional, knowledgeable and presented various options and information to help us on our way. Needless to say, we will be getting our car serviced there and one day will trade in our other vehicle when the time comes, for a new Ford. I recently had my 2013 Ford Focus serviced for a crank sensor. Service was fine but a little disappointed the car is only 3 years old and had this issue with it. Very expensive to have it repaired.

Saturday, Sept. 24/16

Driving down Fennell St. in Hamilton and a light and beep came on in my 2014 Ford Focus. The Dashboard said there was a problem with tire pressure and I should check immediately. Pulled in Mohawk College parking lot and checked all tires, did not notice any "low tires", so I had seen your Ford Sales sign in my travels and decided to drop by to have things checked out. The staff were amazing! Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Within 1/2 hour they checked my tire pressures and topped up my air and sent me on my way....no charges and no waiting! Thank you to your terrific staff.....I believe that the lady that dealt so quickly with me was Kimberly.....but not good with names....

It is difficult when a person is in a different city and not very knowledgeable about cars, knowing that the next day you are heading out on 3 different major highways.......

Thank you again for such quick and efficient service....

Had my 2017 Escape in for oil change, welcome by ever pleasant Kim. While it was my complementary service they did an excellent job - Timing was great 40 minutes which I originally thought was long until I found out no only did they do the oil changes they did a tire rotation and 85 point inspection.
While there visited the parts department and discussed winter floor mats which I ended up buying Both Dan and Keith were very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the products. Bought the floor mats
We then discussed winter tires which also included a package deal of tires, steel rims and sensors. While expensive a friend did some comparison at other major automotive and Ford came out the winner

My wife was leaving for a 2 hour trip last for a camping weekend and a sensor activated an annoying warning in the car. I called (Mohawk Ford where it was purchased 3 years ago). It was 4:30 on a Friday. My concerns were listened to, I was put on hold while a Service Technician was asked to stay after work hours until my wife got there (5:30), she was greeted at the door, problem fixed and on her way by 6:15.

What better Customer Service can you ask for?????

Just had my 2015 Ford 150 serviced at Mohawk Ford. They took me early as I had to be at a 9:30am meeting.

Not only did they get the work done, the managed to find time to wash my vehicle , and trust me it needed it.

I have purchased 26 vehicles from Mohawk Ford since 1996. Lloyd, Stacey, Kendell and Team have always been wonderful people to deal with...and yes...even Johnny!

Great family people. They care just as much about your service experience as they do your buying experience.
