We were looking online for the type of car we wanted and they had a perfect one at car-on. We walked on the lot, not 100% sure of purchasing that day, but Ankit made us very comfortable and we knew it was the car for us. He sent us over to BM who was very helpful for us as first time car buyers. Overall a really wonderful experience and we are very happy with our new car! My experience with number7honda was amazing. I recently just bought a Honda hrv in woodbridge at number 7 Honda and had such an amazing experience my salesman was awesome. He was reasonable and I didn't have to do the whole back and fourth price negotiation with him like you have to do at other dealerships. I went to 3 other dealerships and got the best price here and told him exactly what I wanted and just like that it was a done deal. He got back to me right away with any questions I had, he had the vehicle ready for me to pick up explained how everything worked and even called a few days after I had been driving the vehicle to see how it was going. Also for all you ladies out there he's not to bad to look at either I guess he what you would call an Italian stallion lol ... I'd give him a 10/10 !! If anyone is looking for a vehicle take my advice ask for Louie!!

I inquired online for parts and I got a very fast response from Jordan. Jordan prepared all the parts for me and I just went to pick it up. I was amazed from the fast service. I picked up my items first time but did not had a chance to see Jordan.
A month later I inquired online and as always Jordan responded back so fast to me. Jordan prepared all items for me and emailed me that the parts are ready for pick up. I went to pick up the items. This time, I had the pleasure to meet Jordan with his friendly, proactive and very welcoming approach with outstanding customer service.

Very pleased with the overall experience in purchasing a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L for my wife.
Satinder did not offer any empty promises, he did what he said he would - very positive.
Pleased a 2012 'previously enjoyed' Honda Civic was picked up with a full tank of gas and a replacement Owner's Manual was provided as the one was missing from the Civic.
Very pleased with this overall purchase.
I may consider a Honda for me when it comes time and will start with Number 7 Honda and ask for Satinder.

I had very nice and wonderful experience when I approached Number 7 Honda to buy my 2014 Honda CRV. I was greeted by Deepak Sharma warmly and friendly. I had some doubt about if I will go for used or brand new honda crv. He cleared my doubt after asking me some questions and I was very comfortable in deciding. He also helped me in deciding what kind of features I should look in the new vehicle. Not only that, whenever I need to go to Honda's repair shop for service or anything, I call Deepak to make appointment. I feel like going to my Friend's dealership. I just wanted to comment on the amazing service and atmosphere I experience every time I visit Number 7. From the minute I call to make an appointment to the point I leave, I feel like my needs are taken care of and I am given their full attention. My service appointments are amazing. Not knowing alot about maintaining a car as it is my first, the service advisors (Victor and John) take the time to explain everything I need to know and make sure I understand first before proceeding. Was referred to Chuck Via for the purchase of a new vehicle but before i visited Number 7 honda i did my shopping around not only did he beat everybody´s price he got me a car that the other dealers said was impossible to get! Chuck was on vacation when i noticed that i had over payed with my bank draft when i called the General Manager Nelson Caetano he told me that a refund was already mailed to me at first i didn´t believe him but when i got home that evening my wife told me a cheque for a thousand dollars had come from Number 7 honda!

We only service our Honda at No 7 because of the fantastic service, especially from John Pincente in customer service. Our vehicle is always ready on time and we are updated immediately once the diagnostic assessment is completed. There is no question that our next vehicle will be a Honda, not only due to the incredible quality of the vehicles but also because of the wonderful service we have received over the last 7 years.

I found that when having to purchase either snow tires or replacement tires for my Honda's that Number 7 Honda gives you the best price the first time. Called around to compare and have always found they are the lowest cost. Pricing like this makes it easier to bring your Honda home for all of it's needs.

I normally go to Number7 Honda for service but for this time I went there for emission test. I called a few accredited emission test locations around like a couple of Canadian Tire but the wait time was always between 1.5hrs and 2hrs plus the 40min of doing the test. What's really frustrating was that they won't take appointment. I tried calling a few locations for 2days and there's always like almost 2hrs wait. It was only after getting a bit frustrated that I thought of calling Number7 Honda. I was surprised that they just don't make appointment with their customers for emission test so they don't have to waste their time waiting but when I asked if I can come in on that day because I was in the area, they did their best to accomodate me. Seeing I was with my kids at the time I stepped in the service area, they put me in the priority and their facilities even provide area for kids to play. So the 45min wait of doing the emission test flew without a notice. On top of this excellent service, they even gave my van a wash. I went home quite satisfied with their service.

Couldn't believe the service I recieved when I purchased my car and doing my regular maintenance at Number 7 Honda. The sales rep took care of everything for me and was completely honest. The service people are nice and friendly and the service is impecable. And I really like the capuccino coffe they serve, be sure to grab one next time you are there.

Just say we were given the run around for months on a vehicle..we were very patient people...only to find out that they were using our vehicle to make long trips behind our back...they actually put 5000 km on the vehicle doing this...The manager is a big fraud...don't trust him!!!!
