This is the most knowledgable, courteous, effcient, modern dealership I have ever been to beautiful people DIANA GARZON very nice sales lady and also in every department you will fine friendly people good customer service. To be seen to be believed. If you are looking for the best dealership in the city, check out Old Mill, I buy my Buick encore 2016 and I am so happy.

I was told 2 hours for work to be done tops after 2 hours went by i went to mechanic and was told their waiting for parts to come in and was told they take 20 minutes to deliver, first off why were these not ordered before the work began second why did i have to go see the mechanic after 2 hours for him to tell me and the supervisor he needed the parts hours ago? Ok 4.5 hours later i get my car, manager and supervisor walk by me 20 times not to say a word either way poor poor business ethics all around...
I wouldn't suggest getting any service here no organization skills, no follow ups no nothing from these guys your on your own, they get your car and you have to fight to get it out because of this disfunctional team couldnt cope with simple communication skills with you and the supplier the mechanic, supervisor, manager nothing ??? spark plugs and wires 4.5 hours wtf kind of service is that? what if i said nothing 6 hours or more, like you cared one way or another...

The staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to experience such a caring dealership that went well beyond my greatest expectations.

This dealership must be hiring the most incompetent group of mechanics.
Work performed that was not required, damages to car, failing to give back parts as requested....etc...
In the end problem was never resolved with a huge bill to pay.
Thanks for the big bill for never fixing my car.
