Olympic Honda is a complete disgrace run by incompetent, untrustworthy employees. On one occasion they told me that I was an idiot for telling them that a part on my car had been recalled. I had to read the letter I received from Honda Canada out loud to them before they even began to listen to me.
On another occasion, I took my car in to get a problem diagnosed. The only solution they had for me was that I must have gotten in a car accident because that is the only time that they have ever seen my problem. Since they couldn't find the problem they told me that there was no problem with my car and that it was safe to drive. I didn't believe them so I took my car in to another dealership to get it checked. It only took this new dealership 30 seconds to diagnose the problem which was such a big issue that it was deemed unsafe for me to drive my car. You'd probably be better off servicing your car yourself than have an Olympic Honda technician do it.

I negotiated a price for a new vehicle with a sales rep. When the deal was completed with the sales person (in writing) I was asked to meet with financing. I had taken a friend with me and while we were waiting in the main lobby area the sales rep came back and told me that the deal was off the table. He said the dealership owner refused to sell me the car because I didn't want to take the $400 optional etching. Why would I buy an option that isn't necessary and doesn't decrease my insurance premium. This had all been previously negotiated out of the final price. The sales rep was quite agitated and rather loud. Everyone in the lobby both clients and staff were all staring at us - it was very embarrassing and disrespectful. We were shocked and embarrassed so we left. We couldn't believe what had just happened. The next day I went to Classic Honda in Brampton and bought the car I wanted and it was a pleasure dealing with Classic Honda. I will be telling all of my friends and relatives about the terrible way I was treated at Guelph Olympic Honda.

Hi guys, I took my 2000 accord in this dealership to get my srs light on check. So I was charged $1200 parts and labor. I asked them if theres an extended warranty for srs and they said there isn't. After I did my research in the Internet, to my surprise Honda Canada has a recall and they extend the warranty. I had Honda customer service get involved to get my money back. Shame on you guys. They could've took my money just like that. Not an honest dealer.

I recently had my honda civic service at this dealership. The service staff were great had me in and out in no time. I had a flat screen tv to watch and a free coffe too. I will go back for future service.
