I bought a used car from them, and I really like the car. I have had fords for over 30 years and like the value that you get for your money with that brand.
However, I did not like the service at Parkway Ford. The salesman played the stereotypical `used car salesman` game with me, which I did not expect from a big dealership (I had been to other ford dealerships with much friendlier service). There were a few outstanding issues after the sale which they did not deal with. I found that once you have signed to buy the car, they don't really care about you. They ignore emails and don't return your calls. Very disappointing service all around. If you have a choice, buy from a different dealership.
