I had to wait an additional 2.5 hours from my appointment time to get changed into my winter tires.
It took the technician 45 minutes to do the job. The dealership had no respect for my time.
I would not buy a new car from this dealership.

We purchased a used vehicle from Parkway Chrysler and the bumper fell off 8 months after owning it. Three body shops all said the car had been damaged previous and they tried to hide it with a paint job and barely put together the bumper.
Parkway Chrysler (both the owner and GM) told us it was our problem NOT theirs. So we are out of luck in getting any resolve. The cost for the repair is $2700.00.
They do not inspect their used cars, they just want to sell it to honest people such as my husband and I.
DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM PARKWAY CHRYSLER IN MISSISSAUGA THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT INSPECT USED CARS THEY ARE SELLING.
