Not. A good. Experience. I bought. A. Used vehicle from them with 40. Km 5 months Later. I hardly. Drive the vehicle. Tranny. Gave out already. I. Had to change battery already. You don’t drive. Truck for a day or 2. Truck does. Not start. I will never. Ever. By vehicle from them again .I even called. Manager. At peel and he was talking like this was all a big joke . It happened. Write at Christmas. Time. . My truck is at another chylser. Dealer. Ship 3 weeks already it’s been there no rental. Nothing not happy. At all

Recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler through Brad. I ordered in May, but due to Covid I had to wait a bit longer. Despite this, Brad was able to get me exactly what I was looking for, and was sure to update me twice a week regarding the vehicle/any updates.
I am extremely happy with his professionalism, accommodations and all around service.
I highly recommend that if you go to Peel Chrysler, you deal with Brad, to ensure you walk away happy.

Sneaky salesman, undisclosed information in contracts. Lousy management, don’t let them take your money. Go any possible place elsewhere, horrible practices of any dealership I’ve ever seen. Should be reported to OMVIC and shut down. Management replies to reviews are absolutely unprofessional as well. Will never be shopping here again, and will tell everyone I know as well. Sorry Peel, but your “deals” are fake and so are your salespeople.

Peel Chrysler, peeled me, Was told if I bought over 6k in warranties I would get 0% financing and my payment would be said amount for the terms. Went and signed the papers and bought the truck. 18 months in and I no longer have 0%. Upon reviewing the paperwork it, turns out I bought down my own rate for the 18m. After calling and emailing about the deal I was offered several times, no replies from the salesman or finance. I elevated it and sent the email to more staff and finally get a reply. After about 5 weeks of calling they send me another offer to buy down my own rate again. Today I took the peel sticker and plates holders off my truck. I feel like an idiot because I honestly promoted their business to others. No one would willingly want to refinance 18months in. I have an almost 800 credit score. You have lost your negotiating ability when you already have the truck. My fault in ways because it was there on the paperwork. The problem is I trusted them. They said it would automatically renew at 0% not that I would be buying my own rate down to 0%. The buy down works out to about 6% what's the point of buying it down? I'll work with my own bank to get a better rate. Your a God at peel until you sign then you can barely get a reply.

My work colleague recently bough a Ram from Peel and had said good things. I really didn't expect however to save almost 4k less then my local store. The best part was everything was done over the phone and some email and only had to make it down to pick up the truck. The only issue I found was parking as we picked up on a Saturday and space was limited because they were very busy. Thanks Dameion for a wicked Truck and a great deal!

I was shopping around for a Jeep Wrangler and Cathy helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted. I also priced out vehicles elsewhere and they couldn't compare to Peel's pricing. It's true what they say, Nobody beats a deal from Peel!

I called peel 3 weeks ago and dealt with Alfred, and got an amazing deal. I called another 8 stores and none of them came within $1,500 of peel's price. The other dealers told me that Peel was full of poop and would not give me the truck at the price they said they would.
All lies as Peel gave me the deal just how Alfred explained they would. I have told all my friends and family and will definitely be back when i need another vehicle
