I had an excellent experience with Ford. I had my previous oil change at an independent place and they told me I had a rear end leak which I thought odd as there was no oil dripping and no warning lights coming on. I decided to take the vehicle to Ford to have them take a look at the vehicle and complete an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had no rear end leak...it was the black at the exhaust pipe which is normal. The oil change was approx. half of what I paid at the other independent place. From now on I'm going back to Ford for all oil changes. Overall a great experience....they drove you to work and then picked me up......the other independent place I waited for up to 2 hours...a waste of time.

Totally Satisfied with the service at Pinewood, Very pleasant and accommodating, Although the Escapes not the best quality for the Buck. (that's only my opinion ) the brake system , and suspension are Mickey mouse and costly to replace. I had to replace brakes twice, and rear suspension before 50,000 km and either not covered by warranty, and we have extended warranty. This could very well be our Last Ford Purchase. No fault of the Dealer.

Thank you Ford for doing a oil change on my new Escape vehicle. Brought my car in the morning and was ready by the afternoon. Put in new brake pads, changed the oil and said everything is good condition. The service man was really nice and courteous. Thanks Pinewood Ford.

I had my vehicle in for body work approx.1 year ago and noticed it bubbling. Had to have it redone on warranty. I have heard from 2 other family members that were not happy with the service they received. I feel your staff just don't give a dam.

Pinewood Ford has always been top notch since I starting bringing them my 2011 F150 for service. I bought my vehicle from another dealer before relocating to Thunder Bay, and they have always treated me as a loyal customer. The service department, especially Dorothy, and Paul are excellent to deal with and very accomdating with scheduling service and making arrangements when timing is tight. Always friendly, and always a positive experience. Pinewood Ford is the only dealership to service my F150, and I will always go back. Hope to buy my next Ford from them.

They handed me the keys and that was it. So as far as I know they did the recall or maybe not. They never said anything. Poor customer relations but that's the service department for you.
