I just buy 2015 cx-5 and the sales man name Vincent Chaytha was helping me getting some information about the car and he was great helper with all the information I need and I couldn't leave that pleac with out shaking his hand ✋ on the deal I am getting..... And I can't forget his happy

I recently decided to purchase a car for my family and my wife insisted on visiting Mazda dealership, specifically Prima Mazda as it was referred by her associates, as I obviously obliged. The service we received was nothing short than aw aspiring, as their sales associate ( Bobby) conducted him self in a very professional manner while answering out numerous questions. It wasn't just the fact he was very well rehearsed and knowledgeable, but he was very humble in his approach. We did not feel pushed to act on impulse or did we feel uncomfortable in his attendance. The overall experience was fantastic, and we decided to write this review while we're at home contemplating the purchase of a car from Mazda Prima. Thank you Bobby, you have made our day! And we hope to see you soon.

We have recently purchased our 2014 Mazda 3 sport and the friendly and professional service we received from Alfred Ghofari helped to make our purchase a pleasurable experience. After a tough and fair negotiation with Alex Senenchenko, the manager, we drove a way with our dream vehicle. Looking forward to our next Mazda purchase at Prima Mazda.

I got my car detailed a couple weeks ago and honestly never got the time to thank the detailing department for their hard work. Excellent job and clean as a whistle. Would recommend this place for a detailing. Amazing job!

After 15 years of driving my first and only car, I was faced with the daunting task of looking for, and buying a new car. I have to share how incredibly pleased I am that I went into Prima Mazda. All of the staff were really friendly and knowledgable, and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns, PRESSURE FREE! Not only was my personal experience an exceptional one, but I ended up purchasing a 2014 Mazda 3- not only is she a beauty, but she drives like a dream too!!!

A big thank you goes out to Vince, Alex, Annie, Pauline, Arthur, Chris and the rest of the Prima Mazda family, as you have all made my overall experience one that I will never forget! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for quality service, and one of the best vehicles you will ever drive!

I HAVE THE PLESURE OF MEETING WITH MARCUS, SALES MANAGER, TOULA, BUSINESS MANAGER AND ALFRED IN SALES. I DID PURCHASE MY NEW CAR AND, REALLY, IT WAS BASED UPON THE GOOD TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM THE ABOVE, ESPECIALLY MARCUS, AS I SPOKE TO HIM THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DEAL.

SIMPLE WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND I ENDED UP BUYING A CAR. I DID HAVE THIS IN MIND BUT NOT RIGHT NOW, BUT THE GOOD MANNERS, SERVICE AND OFFERS, I RECEIVED I COULD NOT RESIST.

that I had the best service experience ever!! It feels great to walk into a dealership and be greeted with a smile. Soon as I opened the door they knew my name. It was great! They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me like a person, not a number. They even offered me a ride home. Being a young mother of small children I found that to be most accomodating. Thank you again Neville. I will definately be back to see you.
