We love Subaru cars and were determined to buy one. We found Subaru of Missisauga is a porpular one maybe because it is close to the headquarter of Subaru Dealership.
However, they offered really really bad service!
We actually signed a contract there and paied the doposit to book the car because the saleman said he was sure that the car we wanted was in inventory.And he asked as to pick up the car seven days later. However, it was a lie......
We waited for his call everyday but he did not reply and update any information at all. Finally, he told us he was not able to get the car...And remember!!We called and asked him many times, he just always either delayed the phone or ignored us...Then one day, he said he could not get that...He really wasted our time for searching for other cars in the busy season...
I want to ask, how can he be so sure to let us sign the contract???And we are not in Toronto, we spent 200$ round-way bus fee everytime we get to the dealer and we do not have that much time to find other dealers, how can he just delay and lie to us?The salemen there are just not thoughtful at all!And they do not really care the customers' feelings at all.

Finally, he did not return the deposit which is around 1000$ yet....it is already one-month passed...we surely will call the never-answer-phone guy...We are so angry at Subaru of Mississauga!!!
