I really wish I didn't feel compelled to write this but this dealer is horrible. I have an issue with my 07' legacy with 10 000KM. The car has developed hundreds of tiny rust spots. My research suggests it is due to ferrous metal contamination of the paint probably from rail shiping (known in the industry as rail dust). The dealer denied this even existed at first - until I referred them to a Subaru Technical Service Bulletin... The dealer has now tried to rectify the situation by cleaning the car on 4 separate occasion but as of this week we were told by the general manager that they have done all that they can do! One of the managers actually went so far as to say that what we were experiencing was normal and that we should expect the rust spots to reappear. Call me picky but I don't accept rust on an essentially new car as normal.
