I would like to thank the team at Sunset Country Ford especially to mechanic Greg. I had my vehicle in for an oil change and shortly after my check engine light came on took it back Greg immediately took care of me know we are just waiting for the part and they will fix it for me. Fast and friendly cud is to all the staff front your front end to the back. Merry Christmas staff

Friendly staff! Ride to work no charge when truck dropped off. Issue 1 Voice activation to read text back works about 30% of the time. Description of problem was not relayed properly on repair order and tech just linked a phone and thought everything was okay. Issue 2 windshield wash pump looses prime some times. They thought is was because fluid was low so topped off tank but didn't fix problem.
Advice to customers, read the repair over before work is done to ensure proper work description is communicated, ask them to have the tech call you if they don't understand the issue and realize that if they check for warranty issue and find nothing you are responsible to pay.

I received an email reminding me it was time for oil change on my F150.
I called and made appointment.
I took my Truck in on time and received email when work was completed.
All employees were very pleasant as always. Job well done.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from them and wouldn't consider any other dealer. Cliff, the salesman, has taken the time to find me the vehicles I want and the service department always gets the job done in a timely fashion. I definitely have no complaints! Would recommend them to everyone!

Had 10 am appointment on December 14 2016 for oil change came back after 11am to check on the car and had not been put in the garage until after that waited until 230pm to get the car back too late need to do better than that.

Everytime I walk in the doors of Sunset Country Ford I feel welcome. Their sales team is top notch and the service and parts departments are so helpful and do a wonderful job keeping my vehicle safe and sound! There is always coffee and a comfy place to wait for my vehicle, and I love that they offer a free shuttle service anywhere in Fort Frances! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sunset Ford seams to be knowledgeable about all aspects of their product and service. From shop technicians to service personnel you never have to worry. Always pleasant treatment as well.
Prices are higher than other shops but having properly trained techs is worth it when an unknown problem needs diagnosing. Get what you pay for!
