Received a phone call from Roger hours before picking up my new truck which resulted in roughly an extra $140 in payments per month. They missed something in the contract and I was informed last minute. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I highly advise taking notes on the conversations and reading up on OMVIC sales policies before purchasing from this location. I recommend going to the dealership on rhymal ask for Ryan. my experience was much more pleasant and the people seem genuine and open. Best of luck to future customers
