I just bought my 2017 Ford F-150 from Thor motors, I cannot say enough about the sales team. Louie went above and beyond to help me find the truck I wanted. I was told go here and go there to get the better deal, found out that every dealer only has x and y $ to play with and that's it. At the end of the day Thor motors gave me the best deal. I thank Louie for taking the time and explaining everything to me and making my purchase a great experience.

Just bought my new Ford Escape at Thor Motors. I haven't bought a new vehicle in over 10 years and I was actually dreading it. We walked into Thor Motors and as we were wandering around, We were approached by Jeff Lyons, one of the sales people. I have to say, I was so pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience. Jeff was so easy to work with. He was so down to earth and I feel, very honest and up front with us. I had done my research and I pretty much knew what I wanted. He spent quite a bit of time with us, answering my questions and showing us the features of the Escape I was interested in. We took the vehicle for a short test drive, went back in with a few more questions and then took it out for a second time. I feel we got exactly what we wanted, for a fair price, and excellent customer service. The business manager, Andrew, was also a pleasure to deal with. Fully explained everything and we felt no 'high pressure sales' when dealing with him. I would highly recommend Jeff, Andrew and Thor Motors if you are looking for a very good car buying experience!

I had a low tire pressure warning pop up on my dash and asked Thor service if I should be concerned. They said wait a bit and see if it happens again. It did so I took it in. They said I had a puncture near the rim on one of the tires causing a slow leak. They replaced it for $350. A little while later, the low tire pressure warning popped up again. I phoned Thor and expressed concern. Again, they said, wait and see if it happens again. It did so I requested a new tire. They said bring it in so I did. I was then informed I had a defective tire pressure sensor. My immediate thought was "WHAT IF THIS HAS BEEN THE PROBLEM ALL ALONG AND I SPEND $350 FOR NOTHING???!" To add insult, the bill was $30 for the tire pressure sensor. I refused to pay it. Thankfully the service manager waived the charge. I suppose I never will know if I needed that new tire.

I have taken my car to Thor Motors ever since moving to ONTARIO. My car was purchased at Keltic Motors in Antigonish, NS and I was very concerned that I would not find the same great service that I got there. Fortunately I had no reason to worry. Thor Motors are also great at what they do. Very friendly people,such as Mre Lee, who always has a smile, and the service folks are always busy. but make you feel like they just work for you.
I have never had a problem and don't anticipate any in the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable REAL people ! Every time they greed you like friend, relative close to them person. My previous car was Mercedes-Benz .I regret for the time i lost in arranging appointment and never finished expensive repairs with that car . Finally i am with right car and with right people . Thank you for your service!

Had my vehicle in for its first service appointment. The Staff were great! Service was fast, they offered a ride and a pick up when our vehicle was ready. The items they inspected were more than we were anticipating and that was very pleasing to know. Service plans are the best way to go!
I would highly recommend Thor Motors!
