Well from start to finish its been a whole bunch of bullshit. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. It started with them emailing before i was even approved for the loan. They started emailing me telling me my car was on its way. Which was a lie. After that was sorted out they promised me my car would be ready for pickup on friday. Another lie. Then they called me about 20 minutes before i was supposed to go pick it up on the friday with a whole new bunch excuses why it wouldnt be ready and that monday late i could pick it up. Thanks for the notice guys. Since my old car was gone and im now stranded without a vehicle. Well guess what? Monday came around and they prepared the wrong vehicle. So they need more time again. Seriously its a joke and probably the worst run around ive ever had. These people should not be allowed to conduct business if thats the way they do things. Worst business etiquette ever.

I have bought many cars in my life, both new and used. The most recent purchase was a hybrid and Tony Graham Scion Toyota made it the best experience of my life. Extremely friendly and personable staff. Will buy there again. Thanks Tony !

Whatever you do, do not go there for anything, even if they say they are giving cars away for free! This is the most arrogant, full-of-themselves dealership I have ever seen in my whole life. High pressure sales tactics? Check. Bait and Switch? Check. Disrespect to the client? Check. Taking people for idiots? Check.

Why would anyone in his right mind try to bully a customer into buying an I4 instead of a V6 and then refuse a test drive that has already been scheduled (by their other branch in Kanata)? After that, why would anyone ask for money for a test drive? Duh! They are a liability for Toyota and if they are really following how their dealers are doing (not just in terms of numbers, but in terms of how their brand is represented), they should pull the plug on this sorry lot already!

We weren't expecting buying a used car to be such a positive experience - but they really went above and beyond. The salesperson (Jennifer Oldford) was amazing to deal with and went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. The service didn't stop once the deal was signed.. we had a couple of minor issues afterwards, and even a week or so later, they were happy to help us. They really seem to have a lot of pride in their dealership and put a lot of effort into maintaining their reputation. We plan on buying our next car from Jennifer :o)
