I finally found the best Realtor ever! Charlotte and her husband really do what they say and truly care about your happiness. I met Charlotte in 2012 and bought a home she had shown me. Now, in 2016 I am selling that beautiful home and have used her to list it. In less than 30 days on the market she has landed a buyer and we are in escrow. But, all business aside, Charlotte has shown me through her actions and guidance she cares about me and my wants/needs before her "sell" or transaction. I will recommend the Volsch team to anyone. Speaking of the team, everyone there is amazing and has basically held my hand through the whole process of first, buying, and now selling. I feel supported and guided, I can trust these people to steer me int he right direction which is priceless in the industry of home buying/selling.
