I looked at a used car and discussed a price with a salesperson one day and went back two days later to buy only to find that they had raised the price $2000. They wouldn't honor the first price and allowed me to drive all the way back to the dealership to tell me. When I complained the salesperson told me I should have bought it the first time I saw it.

I think it is inexcusable that whenever a teenager brings in their vehicle for warranty work they are made to feel like a criminal and questioned to the point of insinuating negligence. It is not the service advisors job to argue with the customer and be confrontational.
Probably the rudest most inflexible group of individuals I have ever met. Last service appointment my hood of my jeep was crooked and there was a dent in the front of the hood.
Will NEVER be back for service or to purchase a car there ever!

All the dealership wanted was my trade-in and was happy to promise me a car only to later tell me it was given to someone else...this was after i had signed over my ownership.The financing was another mess and i will never return to Unique in Burlington...The only thing that was unique was the way i wasn't treated...never again

my wife and are under a credit proposal right now and getting a vehicle seemed impossible for us. we checked online and even went to some "all-approved, no credit check" dealers but ended up disappointed. we decided to walk-in to a legitimate dealership and just try our luck. we went to Unique Chrysler and surprisingly, everyone starting from Paul (our salesman) to the Manager treated us fairly well and even gave us our much needed considerations; half-off our deposit, good value on our trade-in and discount on pricing. Brenda (finance officer) exhausted everything she can to accommodate us and to find us an affordable financing rate. our situation held us for sometime to get an approval done but Unique and its very outstanding customer service did not fail us. now i am driving my long-time dreamcar, Dodge Charger, for real! thank you Unique!

We had contacted the dealership ahead of time with very specific details about the vehicle we wanted. Anthony Shaw called us back within the hour, determined exactly what we were looking for, and prepared a few vehicles for us to come and look at that night. He got everything spot on. We only had to look at two to decide between some minor options - he was extremely prepared, not to mention friendly and easy-going, which made a potentially stressful situation quite relaxing and enjoyable. I believe he helped us out in every way that he was able.
When it came down to make a deal, we worked with both Anthony and the sales manager, Dan Donnelly, and were extremely pleased with the way things worked out. After some online research, we definitely got a great deal.
We were going to trade in our old truck for a new one, and that was worked into the deal, however, less than 24 hours before we were set to pick up the new vehicle, our trade-in was totaled in an accident (not our fault and everyone was unharmed, fortunately). We called Unique back and dealt with our finance person, Michael Pearce, who made the process of cancelling the trade-in and working the deal out differently (and to our satisfaction). This was certainly a "unique" situation, and Unique Chrysler rose to the task! We're actually thinking about going back tonight to look at purchasing a Jeep from Anthony, and I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! All in all this was an extremely pleasant experience, and we couldn't be happier with the truck! Thanks Anthony, Dan, and Mike!!! We'll be back...

Had to service my brand new (one week old) Jeep Wrangler 2013 twice in first week. To compensate me for my time and trouble, they sent me a $10 gas card (worth about 10 minutes of my time) and only after two months of haggling and excuses.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our salesman Paul wasn't pushy and didn't try to rush the purchase decision. Paul Dworzak at Unique Chrysler is absolutely great, as is the entire dealership. We came to arrangement on an awesome deal, and also, Paul helped me out of a different car in order to get me into a new one. The whole process was totally painless and yet very fast and efficient. I actually ended up getting into a better vehicle than the one I originally came in to buy, but completely within my budget. It was a fantastic experience all around.

We picked up our BRAND NEW van yesterday and let me tell you how excited the whole family was. Mike V provided us with enough information that we knew what van we wanted. we ended up with a SXT with a back up camera and DVD for the kids. now the ride to Florida will be a breeze with the new DVD. the kids are thrilled. Michael Verissimo and the staff at unique chrysler truly made us feel welcomed. great buying expereince, will deffintly be servicing are vehcile at Unique Chrysler. they have an express lube lane where you can get your oil change done in less than 20 min.
