On August 9 I had to have service to my Escape. The problem had been an ongoing problem where I had the service department check it out and they could not detect the problem and obviously not repaired. This week I took it in again for the same error message and because the odometer reading was now 59,900 km was told that it was out of warranty. I am not very happy since this was an ongoing problem and it was not resolved before the warranty expired. I paid $196.00 plus tax!!!
I still rate this dealership as one of the best because Scott and his staff are always trying to keep customers happy and this was my first experience of not being happy.

I have always come away from Village Ford with a positive feeling about purchasing and having my vehicle serviced there. Scott and his staff are always friendly, co-operative and do their very best to make certain you leave a satisfied customer. I would send any friend or family member there --Sue Green

First time shopping at Village Ford in Dorchester and I was not disappointed. From the sale's team to the service department I was always made to feel welcomed.
