My oil change appointment was done on time. The service advisor was very helpful. The only thing for the dealership to change is not to use computerised appointement reminder which keep calling my cell phone when I did not answer.

i recently had signed off to purchasing a new vehicle only to find out they tried to sell me a suv with swirls and scratches on it claiming all new vehicles come with scratches in some areas. Unfortunetely for them i was not gullable, I was coached by 2 different individuals who own franchised dealerships who advised me not to take the car. Their staff continuously lied especially their salesman. the salesman hurried me through inspection of the vehicle. this dealership got my suv from another nissan dealer in which they never told me about so frankly this vehicle was not new which exemplifies the scratches. the salesman continuosly got frustrated with my family. i was continously told by them how great of a deal i got. BUT IS THAT HOW YOU RATE THE KIND OF VEHICLE THE CUSTOMER GETS??? The salesman tried his pitch about admin fees. DO NOT PAY ADMIN FEES for you uneducated consumers. They had an area of importance that they whited out the day the final papers were signed and i was hurried thru initializing them. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN . At any rate the owner was very well manared and polite about the cancellation of the contract and that meant alot to my wife and myself.
