I bought a new Passat from Windsor Volkswagen, love the car, but service writers there do not know the difference when a job is warranty or not. They seem to rip off the customer trying to charge for something that is warranty several times. I like my Passat and would by another, but never again deal with Windsor Volkswagen. I will get my service and by my next one from out of town. Managers there do not seem to care about keeping the customers happy.

I have had the same situation with them. I needed a repair for my VW which was covered under warranty yet they still tried to charge me for it. The female in the service dept is a real shark. She treats women like they are stupid and tries to convince you that you need repairs that you don't! I also had major issues with repairs that were shotty workmanship or that weren't preformed correctly. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE A-HOLES!
