I used to hate buying a new car! The process was horrible. I've just bought my 6th car from this dealership and am pleased by the ease of dealing here. They show you what they've got. They show you the price, their cost and whatever discounts they can give, over a great cup of coffee. Simple, less arguing, less haggling a pleasure in all because they instill confidence that they're not out to get you, to upsell or make an exhorbitant profit.
For service, we have been using them for over twenty years, even though they are an hour away and we pass other dealers and repair shops to get there. We've generally found that they bend over backwards to give good service. Sometimes we disagree with their assessment, but are generally happy with the process. They have a comfortable waiting room, good coffee and do their best to accommodate the customer. Often, they will go out of their way to point out recall and service bulletins that would be to the customers profit. They still wash your car and generally make it easier for you to bring it in and pick it up.
