they are scammers… went to dealership thinking they might have some standards or morals and not be a random guy off marketplace trying to sell a lemon but I bought a truck off them that was a trade in, they had the carfax whole time but didn't show me it until after I paid in cash and signed everything. he read the whole thing but only advised me about a airbag recall when it shows a odometer rollback and it was engine swapped. they sold me it saying it had 188,000km but in reality the body has about 300,000km very shady not to mention the sale tactics he used were obviously just lies etc so i would buy it. seemed fair at the time until then, plus the pictures they showed me were only the good parts, way rustier in person plus other problems like broken a/c etc etc etc.. luckily i can fix everything myself so I didn't get totally screwed by a mechanic but very unhappy with the devious actions they do here. don't buy here.. at least if its used. also one more thing.. could be a mistake or a cash grab, not sure. but the original invoice he gave me was 3600 with taxes already included but after all was agreed on and I was ready to pay and pulled the cash from my car he added the sales tax onto the 3600 … seems like he took the cash grab because he took me as oblivious and maybe I was

I got my first NEW car from Forbes Waterloo Mazda. I was very lucky to have Rebecca Hardy as my sales woman. She made it easy for me to go in and I was able to do a lot of the work over the phone. Making it fast and easy to get my new car once I went into Waterloo Forbes. I always thought that going the get a new car was going to be hard and scary, but all the ladies that I dealt with made it worth going there. I have and would recommend that you also go to Forbes Waterloo Mazda for your next car.

This dealership was a dive when it was Waterloo North Mazda, then Forbes took it over and things did get better. Now this place is worse then when it was Waterloo North. Sales department has a few rude people, Mike and Dave (sales manager). The service department WAS great till Matt was no longer there honestly the best service advisor out there, friendly honest and was always upfront didnt beat around the bush. Service Manager is now Jeff who is great as well but this place has turned into a revolving door always new people. When it was just Matt as the service advisor customer service was fantastic he would go above and beyond to ensure great service, now there is some guy named Tim who really has no confidence and has no business behind that counter. They need to bring back Matt as him and Jeff could turn this service department around.

anyone know of a good service department to go to, as Forbes Mazda is not the place to go!
