I've been looking at this particular vehicle for a few years now. Last month I had the opportunity to shop around for the Edge and got prices from 2 other dealers, one in Cambridge and other in Oakville. At the same time I met Carl, (sales) and after reviewing the other dealers offers I went back to Wayne Pitman Ford and and made the deal there with Carl. Everyone at this dealership is very professional, helpful and kind. So far I'm very satisfied and love my new vehicle

I recently purchased from Wayne Pitman and the staff and salesperson I dealt with were great. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. This was my first time purchasing and they made it straight forward and not overwhelming for me.
I do want to mention though that after the sale was complete, I have called and left a message and have not been contacted by the salesperson or anyone else which is disappointing.

I recently purchased an 2016 F-150 from this dealership. My intention was just to shop around and see if the price I was quoted at another dealership was the best price i could get.

There was a distinct difference in the professionalism and knowledge between the dealerships. Stefan Walmsley(sales rep) at Wayne Pitman Ford was honest and upfront and knew what he was talking about. He talked about extra options that would be beneficial to us in the long run and broke down the cost of each option.

When it came down to final price Stefan Walmsley(sales rep) was willing to negotiate and present our counter offer to his sales manager. The first dealership we visited the sales rep wasn't even willing to try and assured me that his price was the best price I would get and he wasn't even going to present an counter offer to his sales manager.

I like that Wayne Pitman Ford has been around for 40 years and are not part of a big chain of dealerships. Service was great and very personal and I felt that they made me feel important and did their best to accommodate to my needs.

I would recommend Wayne Pitman Ford and Stefan Walmsley (sales rep) to my friends and family and will definitely be a returning customer.
