Dishonest and incompetent work being done

I own a 2010 toyota tacoma, and had a crack in my windsheild. So like most new car owners, I felt that it was in my vehicles best interest to bring it back to the dealer ship, boy was I wrong. I brought the vehicle back to wayne toyota and asked where the best place to get my windsheild fixed, and they informed me they change them there on site..perfect I thought my dealership changes it no chance of leaks and or void or warrenty, so I booked it in. The next day I dropped it off and went to work, about an hour after I dropped it off I realized I forgot my insulin in the car which I needed very badly, so I headed back down to the dealership and the lady at the desk told me my vehicle wasen't there. After ten minutes of screaming and yelling they finally told me my car was down at some place called Go-Glass not on site...so I rush down to go glass to get my insulin only to be greated by the most rude and errigant man I have ever met in my life something Elwood. After forcing my way to my vehicle and proving I was the owner, I finally could get my insulin. At this point I was so mad I just took my vehicle.
The only problem was my windsheild was half cut out and unsafe to drive. So I opened the phone book and called the first place I seen which was apple auto glass I called down talked to Ted who was more then acomidating... he had informed me that they were over booked for the day as it was, but after hearing my story he put me on hold and went to the back and asked one of his guys to stay late to help me out since my windsheild was half cut out...tow minutes later ted said get it down the owners son would stay late to get it done for me. Wow what a first class operation. Not only did they get it done for me they picked me up and dropped me off at work and cleaned they vehicle inside and out and to top it off were cheaper the Wayne toyota by $112. Nothing but class over there.
