Third rate service dept. Both the service and parts dept. haven't returned calls -- MANY TIMES! Customer care is usually BAD! Had my Baja repaired today and Willowdale Subaru didn't have the courtesy to call to say the car was ready BEFORE THE SERVICE DEPT. CLOSED for the day. And it was! The serice charge was higher than the quote -- and they didn't call to get me to get approval. Not good. I had to pay the higher amount to the sales dept. to get the car -- due to the serice dept. being closed (and couldn't challenge their higher charges). I will challenge the $$$ difference and let Subaru Canada know that the team at Willowdale just don't cut it.
