As always, their service and service representatives always take care of me. Brought a Chrysler to the Ford dealership and they certified and repaired all of it, on time and got a wash out of it.

We take our 2006 Ford Fusion to Winegard and have recently bought a 2013 F150 from them. I have never been so pleased with a dealership. Winegard's service goes beyond just the owner of a vehicle. They involve the vehicles owners. Making sure you know everything about your vehicle, keeping your vehicle in tip top shape so you can get from A to B. I have never been more happy with a Company as I am with Ford and Winegard Ford. Thank you for all your years of service to our vehicles and others. Truly there is no other dealership like yours. The service we have received on our 2015 Taurus has been courtious, polite, professional and completed in a timely manner. The cost has been reasonable, better than other dealers that we have dealt with. The one thing that has been important to me is the ability to address issues with the service staff upon completion work. One warranty item issue was addressed and completed to our satisfaction.
In addition, when their work has been completed our car is always returned to us washed, at no extra cost.
The only dealer that I can say, without question, that I will return to Winegard Ford Lincoln when we want to buy another Ford product.

I just purchased a 2016 Taurus LTD and I am very happy with it. The only thing I wish I would have been made aware of ahead of time was the "Depreciation Waiver".
I was not aware that because this vehicle had 10000 km I could not get this waiver as it does not cover a vehicle with more than 5000 km when it is being financed.
It would be good to let customers know ahead of the purchase.

Recently had my F150 in for service. The guys on the front desk great you by name. My truck was promptly taken in on time for its service. A hot cup of coffee was poured for me and a comfortable chair to sit down in. Kind of like visiting an uncle. Once the service was completed my truck was washed and backed in to a spot that provided easy drive away. The people that work at Winegards all seem to have the biggest smiles again like seeing family. Always feels good to visit, you guessed it just like seeing family. You can't go wrong dealing with Winegard Motors
