Bookkeeping is optimized in real time with online applications. Tax return information can be uploaded (and downloaded) using our secure encrypted portal. Business training can be done with screen sharing and webinars. This is what allowed us to make the decision for our family to move to the small city of Leduc in 2013 without cutting off our customers from BC. We had already had experience on a small scale with out of town/country customers that had moved away but wanted to keep using our services but now we were able to implement those processes on a large scale.
