I had Raintek provide me a service that I am very disappointed with. The service that I receive wasn’t what the expectation was. I attempted to work with Raintek to resolve the issue and they did not stand behind their work. I inherited a mess of workmanship, with no follow-up. Raintek guaranteed me a finished product that I wouldn’t have to replace/repair again. I would not recommend this company to do any work for you. See photos below.

Although RainTek did not do work at my house I still wanted to leave a review. Two workers did work at my neighbours house and I could hear them talking as they worked. The two were discussing ways to gently deliver less than ideal news to clients, sharing tips on being comforting in those instances, and how they could best support their clients. Both expressed how important it was to make good connections with their clients as well as to get the job done well. I thought it was so professional and sweet that they both care so much. They also discussed wanting to get their truck cleaned to maintain their professional appearance. I could tell how deeply the two care about their clients, company, and reputations and wanted to leave this review so people can see that not only is the company effective but they also employ really stand-up workers!

The Rain Tek team was amazing! From Craig coming to do the assessment of our issue, and coming to the table with the best quote of three different companies; to Josie who was able to get a team on site this week; to Luke, who was onsite the whole time directing and completing the project and who took pictures of every stage of remediation; to Marty who cheerfully put my yard back together so it looked like they were never there, I am so impressed!

We didn’t really know why we were getting damp in our crawl space, and it was such a small amount we were reluctant to go all in on a big job. Craig recommended using a hydro vac, and it dug down to let us see and rectify the problem in less than a day. The pipes were re-laid at the depth they were supposed to be, and they put it all back together, including washing off our siding where there were some mud splatters. Good value, super cheerful and reassuring team, we are so happy we chose Rain Tek. 10/10 would highly recommend.

RainTek was incredible! They were thorough, timely, consistent, clean and did an amazing job repairing my major drainage problems. Geoff and his crew (Evan and Dan) were so nice and easy to speak with, always getting back to me ASAP and keeping me in the loop. At a time when I really needed the best service possible, they were there. Geoff went above and beyond, writing a very thorough explanation of work done for the new owners. I cannot say enough good words about this company. I’m going to have them check out the perimeter drains in my new house. You cannot go wrong by hiring RainTek!

Geoff was absolutely amazing and just helped some clients of mine with one of the most complex situations I have encountered in ten years in Real Estate. He was always pleasant, always available and communicated to myself, the other Realtor, my clients and his clients....he went well above and beyond and always smiled and was extremely professional. My clients were blown away by his speed, accuracy with his billing and quotes and cleanliness of the work environment. Raintek did a marvelous job again. Thank you Geoff.
