Staff is untrained, unknowledgeable of product and Management is UNACCOUNTABLE. Purchased 3 - THREE!! - Game Cameras with recommended purchases of warranties. Told 3 times by register staff that it covers everything! Just bring it back! Easy!
Today Bertha and Shannon P- managers of Winchester VA store admitted I rec'd wrong information from their staff, did Not offer to assist me with resolution of exchange, although 2:30pm and store was empty. It was my Fault /Problem , They have my money. Customer is middle man. Shelf is loaded with available cameras.

I called 800#, put on Hold then answered series of questions. Then transferred and put on Hold, more questions, then given another 800# and went through 2 series of prompts, push 1, push 6...them rep asks for my email to send me a link to go to for return form and directions on how to mail to their lab for analysis of problem!
Camera doesn't work! I have receipt and extra warranty! Product on shelf!
Staff mumbling and Shannon P manager walked right by me, the customer ! Avoiding Their 100% Guarantee rhetoric speaking in ear of Bertha. Unaccountable.
THIS IS NOT A COMMUNITY MOTIVATED STORE!
