First impression

After dealing the price of my new jetta with the salesman, the director of finance try to change the price by charging transport and preparation price. Putting extra for the tint of the windows even if i deal it with the salesman two minutes before. I had to step up and show myself very angry, treathing to let know to public those tactics to get the price already negociated.
