Our vehicle is Lexus 300h 2013. Our outside mirror got damaged (our fault). We first went to your repair site on John St. in Thornhill. The estimate we got was way too high. Hence, we went back to the dealership and talked to Arthur, who contacted your parts manager, who stated that we need to replace the housing. Arthur ordered the housing and called us when it arrived. He fixed the appointment for May 3, 2013. He also told us that the there was a recall for the clip for the trunk. So both the housing and the clip were replaced. Valet service person was polite and friendly. Arthur was superb! He is very knowledgeable and professional.
