For the second time in a row these people did not transfer my ex-leased car registration to their name, causing huge trouble with the SAAQ. They are pretty short tempered. They just care about your wallet. Toyota Canada just a throws the ball back to the dealer and so on... Do car dealers even know how consumer ratings like I'm writing are reached by thousands of people? I googled '' woodland Toyota customer reviews'' and it brought me here. Their rating is " 1 ". So rest assured victims, woodland Toyota is paying the price and so is Toyota Canada. The SAAQ took charge of my file now, and they don't seem too happy

Scheduling on dubious service is incompetent.An oil(s) change took about 22 hours with the only explanation "we are busy". Your time and inconvenience is irrelevant.
