Travis came out and diagnosed my washing machine which had flooded out my laundry room a few days prior. He explained my options including preventative maintenance and cost of repairs and other helpful tips. I never felt pressured to make repairs but ultimately decided to proceed with the preventative maintenance. This is my 3rd time using Mr. Appliance and they’re always prompt with scheduling as well as communication.

Excellent service from initial call about cost to get a service technician out to our home, to setting up an appointment to diagnosis and repair. Same day response. Patient, professional repair specialist (Alex) answered a heap of questions before and after he clearly explained the diagnosis and cost to fix the refrigerator. We felt his assessment of the quality and condition of our refrigerator was straightforward and unbiased and it helped us decide to repair it. He fixed it and verified it was working

Quality company in every way. Quickness of appointment. Tech was early. Nice guy. He fixed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. Reasonably priced. You get what you pay for. If you want a tech at your house soon, if you want quality communication and repair, pay for it and move on.

Today my fridge was not cooling properly (for the 3rd day). I called Mr. Appliance and they said they could come today late afternoon. I was thrilled. They then called me right back and said they could come right over if it’s ok. I said “YES PLEASE”. Jessie and Cory arrived in 30 minutes and had my fridge diagnosed in less than 15 min, gave me a quote with time and money and were completely finished within the time frame of 45 minutes. Not only did they fix it, they were complete gentleman, very kind, polite AND professional; they cleaned up after themselves! Not a finger or foot print left any where!! I told them that their wives/girlfriends would be very proud of them both!! They told me if I had any more issues or questions to call back.

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company to anyone and especially Jessie and Cory! They were awesome!!

Easy to book the appointment. Communication was great but a warning if you have an " As-Is" appliance purchased from scratch & dent they will NOT service it. Today my technician arrived and immediately refused to service our fridge because it has an "As-Is" stamp on it. I also was required to still pay the trip charge even though he was here for about 5 minutes.
