We had a flat on our 2002 Intrepid and being a Saturday, the Service Department came through for me. I called out and was able to get the car to them once the tow truck driver got the tire inflated. Turns out, there was a nail stuck in the tire. The guys removed the nail, patched the tire and got it inflated for me. Then a few days later, the same tire was flat again. Got the tire out to them and they found the valve stem was leaking air. They got that fixed for me as well at no extra charge. Awesome job guys!!!

The work that was done on our truck was a factory recall. When the parts became available the dealership called and an appointment was set up. The work to be done was explained clearly and was completed quickly . We were offered a complimentary ride home, but decided to remain at the dealership. The waiting area is very comfortable and convenient to the shop area. We were very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the treatment we received while we waited.

Service is great. The kit install was a little more expensive than the Parts Department quoted me, but Service department knocked $100 off of install. Sean is great to deal with.

I had some shifting issues on my 2012 Focus and the Service Department analyzed the problem and recommended that they change the clutch. They ordered the parts and booked an appointment to replace the clutch. They replaced the clutch and the shifting issues have cleared up and the best thing it was covered under warranty. The Service department were excellent, they explained all the details of what they had to do and their shuttle service was awesome.
Cypress Motors has the best service department in Swift Current.

Brett did a great job communicating and ensuring that my oil change went smoothly. I have been dealing at Cypress Ford for over 4 years, bought a car, done all oil changes there, and to this date, the service guys never had a clue that I dealt there. Brett was the first to make sure, I knew his name and he knew mine.

Service and sales work excellent together. I have purchased over 5-F-350 trucks. Always excellent service from service center, parts and sales. They always help out with a loaner truck when mine is out of commission. This doesn't happen very often!
Sales team is easy to bargain with but they usually give there best price first.

I have been a Cypress customer since I moved here 16 years ago, bought two vehicles here and always have had them serviced at Cypress. Courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have always done what needed to be done to make it right.

I have gotten to know some of the staff and always contact them for advice when it comes to any problems with our vehicles, and they have always been there when needed.

We will continue to patronize Cypress Motors for as long as I own their products.

The service I receive from the guys at Cypress Ford in Swift Current is excellent. They are very conscientious with their work and do communicate with you before proceeding with any work. That being said, for a 2010 vehicle, I am not pleased with the number of times parts have needed to be replaced. No matter what car I was driving before, this is the first time I've had to have so much work done to replace defective parts.
