Well I wanted to like the experience here. But it has been awful in the long run. To start with my salesman was great, he made a couple of mistakes one big one, but owned it. Told me the wrong towing capacity for my truck. Didn't find out until after I bought. My biggest issue is how little help the dealership as a whole has been after the fact. I'm trying to get the maintenence plan refunded and a different pack. I called them, they told me to call gm finacial, gm finacial told me to call the dealership. Been 4 days waiting to hear back about a simple question. Just refund my money you theives it isn't that complicated. Then I could sell the mistake of a truck and put the whole experience behind me. Never buy from this dealership if you like timely professional help. The buyer I had for my truck backed out because they were taking so long refunding the money back to the loan so it could be paid off. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Once they have your money you don't matter anymore.

I am giving this dealership 1 star only because I can't give a minus 00000
I cannot believe that in this day and age that there could be a dealership this PATHETIC
and to my misfortune they are in Sherwood Park, the other day I stopped by to take a look at the
Corvette lineup. First of all I noticed all the cars outside are filthy (not a good first impression)
then I was greeted by a BOY salesman , I asked if my wife could sit in one of the showroom cars
That was ok, then I wanted to see one of the cars outside, he tells me they are LOCKED WTF
are you kidding me, this cars price tag is over $85,000.00 the lack of interest from the salesman
is the worst I have ever experienced , There was nothing like would you like to take a test drive or any
kind of help offered. Now you tell me why on this earth would I spend a RED PENNY at this place.
My hope is that maybe down the road the Owner of this SHITHOLE sells it to someone who can
turn this into a REAL dealership, I am ashamed to admit that these CLOWNS are in Sherwood Park
If anyone want's to experience a real Professional Dealership I would strongly recommend the Southpoint Lexus here you will know what a real dealership should be like. Now I understand why I HATE North American made cars . They have NOT A CLUE what makes a good dealership.
